| dc.description | A pesquisa aqui considerada gravita em torno da identidade de gênero e da ética da alteridade. Considerando o autoreconhecimento identitário como Direito Humano estritamente relacionado ao princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana, a ideia é aprofundar-se na questão a partir do orbe conceitual de Judith Butler e Emmanuel Levinas, ambos autores da contemporaneidade identificados à temática. O objetivo é analisar, via ligação conceitual de ambos autores, em que medida há nisso elementos significativos para se pensar as questões sobre gênero e identidade. Para tal, tomamos por referência as obras centrais de ambos os autores, bem como de importantes interpretes de suas obras. A análise teórico-conceitual será seguida por um momento de debate entre os trabalhos de Butler e Levinas, bem como de seus comentadores e outros pensadores com eles alinhados, a fim de confrontar suas visões com intenção de aprofundamento na abordagem da identidade de gênero no âmbito dos Direitos Humanos. | |
| dc.description | The research considered here gravitates around the identity of gender and the ethics of otherness. Considering the self-identity as a human right strictly related to the principle of human dignity, the idea is to delve deeper into the question from the conceptual orb of Judith Butler and Emmanuel Levinas, both authors of contemporaneity identified with the theme. The objective is to analyze, through the conceptual connection of both authors, the extent to which there are significant elements to think about the issues of gender and identity. For this, we take as reference the central works of both authors, as well as important interpreters of their works. The theoretical-conceptual analysis will be followed by a moment of debate between the works of Butler and Levinas, as well as of their commentators and other thinkers with them aligned, in order to confront their visions with intention to deepen the approach of the gender identity in the scope of Human Rights. | |
