A presente tese pretendeu responder à seguinte questão: Como funciona a Coreografia Institucional da Diretoria Executiva de Tecnologia na Educação (DETEC) – SE, concernente à integração das Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e da Comunicação (TDIC), em específico o uso dos tablets nas coreografias Institucional e Didática das escolas da Rede Municipal de Ensino do Recife - RMER? Levando-se em consideração que as coreografias institucionais se regem por um conjunto de textos legais e administrativos, em tese, para atender a demandas políticas, partimos da hipótese de que é a integração planejada e executada entre as coreografias institucionais e didáticas que possibilitaria a professores e estudantes nela envolvidos desenvolverem coreografias didáticas mais eficazes. O objetivo geral procurou investigar o funcionamento da Coreografia Institucional da Diretoria Executiva de Tecnologia na Educação (DETEC) da Rede Municipal de Ensino do Recife, quanto à integração dos tablets nas coreografias institucional e didática das escolas dessa Rede. Especificamente, tivemos os seguintes objetivos: (1) Descrever o processo de implantação da política de tecnologia, especificamente em relação ao tablet, na rede municipal; (2) Investigar a o processo de implementação do Tablet nas coreografias institucionais das escolas; e (3) Analisar o funcionamento das Coreografias Institucionais da DETEC, de integração do Tablet, nas Coreografias Institucionais das escolas. Para atender aos objetivos, metodologicamente, desenvolvemos o estudo sob o enfoque qualitativo, realizado em duas etapas. Na primeira, com base em uma categorização das características que descrevem uma coreografia institucional, a pesquisa foi realizada no interior da Diretoria Executiva em Tecnologia na Educação do Recife. Na segunda etapa, investigamos uma escola do Ensino Fundamental (anos iniciais e finais). Nela, aplicamos os instrumentos de coleta de dados (questionários e entrevistas semiestruturados) a gestores, coordenadores, professor multiplicador e docentes. Desenvolvemos, ainda, atividades de observação participante, para melhor compreender o funcionamento da coreografia institucional nas coreografias institucional e didática na escola selecionada para pesquisa. Com o apoio da técnica de análise de conteúdo, analisamos o material produzido, com a utilização dos diferentes instrumentos. Como resultados, percebemos que a Coreografia Institucional da Diretoria Executiva de Tecnologia na Educação – DETEC – efetivou, visando a atender ao Programa Rede de Aprendizagens, ações estratégicas de integração desses equipamentos nas coreografias das escolas, tais como: reuniões com multiplicadores, gestores, pais e estudantes, implantação de programas de suporte infraestruturais e acompanhamentos técnicos, e de formação continuada. Não obstante, percebemos, diante do quadro geral da coreografia da DETEC que seus percursos precisam de aprimoramentos e, para tanto, chamar à colaboração dos sujeitos das coreografias das escolas especificamente os docentes, para alcançar maior eficácia na inserção dos tablets nas coreografias institucionais e didáticas das escolas da Rede Municipal do Recife.This thesis intended to answer the following question: How does the Institutional Choreography of the Executive Board of Technology in Education (DETEC) - SE work, concerning the integration of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC), specifically the use of tablets, in Institutional and Didactic choreographies of schools in the Municipal Education Network of Recife - RMER? Taking into account that institutional choreographies are governed by a set of legal and administrative texts, in theory, to meet political demands, we start from the hypothesis that the planned and executed integration between institutional and didactic choreographies would enable teachers and students involved in it to develop more effective didactic choreographies. The general objective sought to investigate the functioning of the Institutional Choreography of the Executive Board of Technology in Education (DETEC) of the Municipal Education Network of Recife, regarding the integration of tablets in the institutional and didactic choreographies of the schools of this Network. Specifically, we had the following objectives: (1) Describe the technology policy implementation process, specifically in relation to the tablet, in the municipal network, (2) Investigate the Tablet implementation process in the institutional choreographies of the schools, (3) Analyze the functioning of DETEC Institutional Choreographies, of Tablet integration, in the Institutional Choreographies of schools. To meet the objectives, methodologically, we developed the study under a qualitative approach, carried out in two stages. In the first one, based on a categorization of the characteristics that describe an institutional choreography, the research was carried out within the Executive Directorate for Technology in Education in Recife. In the second stage, we investigated one elementary school (initial and final years). In it, we apply data collection instruments (questionnaires and semi-structured interviews) to managers, coordinators, multiplier teachers and teachers. We also developed participant observation activities to better understand the functioning of institutional choreography in the institutional and didactic choreographies at the school selected for research. With the support of the content analysis technique, we analyze the material produced, using the different instruments. As a result, we noticed that the Institutional Choreography of the Executive Board of Technology in Education - DETEC carried out, aiming to attend the Learning Network Program, strategic actions for integrating this equipment in the schools' choreographies, such as: meetings with multipliers, managers, parents and students, implementation of infrastructure support programs and technical support, and continuing education. Nevertheless, we realized, in view of the general framework of DETEC's choreography, that their paths need improvement and, therefore, call upon the collaboration of the subjects of the schools' choreographies, specifically teachers, in order to achieve greater efficiency in the insertion of tablets in institutional and didactic choreographies. schools in the Municipal Network of Recife.
