dc.descriptionO objetivo dessa pesquisa foi analisar o contexto histórico do desenvolvimento do comércio ambulante e as terminologias utilizadas na produção e venda de tapioca na cidade do Recife. A pesquisa foi fundamentada na Teoria Geral da Terminologia (TGT), estabelecida por Wüster (1931), em Krieger e Finatto (2004), bem como, em Almeida (2004). Visando atender os objetivos propostos, a pesquisa foi desenvolvida por meio de pesquisa descritiva e constituída pela pesquisa qualitativa, a fim de analisar a contextualização e interação das variáveis envolvidas. Os resultados mostram que as terminologias usadas no contexto do comércio ambulante na produção e venda de tapioca na cidade do Recife identificadas nesta pesquisa são: tapioca, beiju, mandioca, mandioca-brava, mandioca-amarga, aipim, macaxeira, goma de tapioca, farinha de tapioca, peneira, ralo, tipiti.
dc.descriptionThis research was based on the General Theory of Terminology (TGT), established by Wüster (1931), in Krieger and Finatto (2004), as well as in Almeida (2004). The objective of this research was to analyze the context of the itinerant commerce and the terminologies used in the production and sale of tapioca in the city of Recife. The theme of this monograph is included in the Inclusive Innovation Program of the Technological Innovation Center of UFPE, known as "Positiva", and aims to stimulate the process of creation and development of innovative technological solutions, carried out by or for people located in the Base of Social Pyramid (BdPS), in order to improve the quality of life, the productive process and the generation of employment and income of the population. These conditions make the Brazilian and especially the Pernambuco reinvent themselves, seeking in innovation and entrepreneurship a solution to their economic and social life. With many jobs closing, to dribble unemployment many seek in the street vending a source of survival. Aiming to meet the proposed objective, the monograph was developed through descriptive research and constituted by qualitative research, in order to analyze the contextualization and interaction of the variables involved. Therefore, the theme to be approached in this monographic work, has as its title: The Configuration of the Outsourced Trade in Tapioca Production and Sale in the City of Recife: The Tapioca as Typical Food of Pernambuco, as object of study. The terminologies used in the context of the street vending in the production and sale of tapioca in the city of Recife identified in this research are tapioca, beiju, cassava, mandioca-brava, cassava-bitter, cassava, cassava, tapioca gum, tapioca flour, drain, tipiti.
