| dc.description | Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as ações de enfrentamento à violência contra as mulheres realizadas pela equipe multiprofissional da Secretaria da Mulher de Garanhuns (SecMul) e pelo Centro Especializado de Atendimento à mulher em situação de violência – Joana Beatriz de Lima e Silva (CEAM-JB). Trata-se de uma pesquisa que parte da perspectiva construcionista do conhecimento e das epistemologias feministas. Como metodologia, foram realizadas observação no cotidiano, análise de documentos públicos e três oficinas com 13 profissionais que compõem a equipe das referidas Instituições. Como referencial teórico, buscamos refletir sobre o campo-tema da violência contra as mulheres (VCM), discutindo a contextualização histórica deste fenômeno no Brasil, a importância dos movimentos feministas no enfrentamento à VCM, as leis e políticas nacionais e a rede de enfrentamento à VCM. A partir dos resultados, foi possível perceber que a SecMul e o CEAM-JB organizam as ações de enfrentamento a partir de três eixos: prevenção, atendimento e articulação intersetorial. No que se refere à prevenção, as profissionais relataram que esta se configura como a “porta de entrada” das usuárias no serviço. Em relação ao atendimento, as interlocutoras relataram dificuldades para escuta e intervenção das mulheres em situação de violência e, por isso, utilizam da discussão coletiva de alguns casos que mobilizaram a equipe. Em relação à articulação intersetorial, observamos que após a implantação da Câmara Técnica ocorreu um diálogo e intervenções articuladas mais eficientes nas diferentes instituições, porém, ainda ocorrem fragilidades pincipalmente devido ao que as profissionais apontam como “personificação” das instituições. O uso de metodologias participativas nas ações de prevenção, as intervenções pautadas a partir de uma perspectiva de gênero e o fortalecimento de ações intersetoriais são elementos principais das ações de enfrentamento à violência contra as mulheres realizadas pela equipe multiprofissional da SecMul e do CEAM-JB. | |

| dc.description | The objective of this study was to analyze the actions to combat violence against women carried out by the multiprofessional team of the Garanhuns Women's Department (SecMul) and the Specialized Center for Assistance to Women Under Violence - Joana Beatriz de Lima e Silva (CEAM- JB). It is a research that embraces the constructionist perspective of knowledge and feminist epistemologies. As a methodology, there were daily observation, analysis of public documents and three workshops with the 13 professionals who composes the staff of these institutions. As a theoretical reference, we sought to think about the theme of violence against women (VCM), discussing the historical contextualization of this phenomenon in Brazil, the importance of feminist movements in confronting VCM, national laws and policies and the VCM. From the results, it was possible to perceive that SecMul and CEAM-JB organize the actions of confrontation from three axes: prevention, care and intersectoral articulation. With regard to prevention, professionals reported that this is configured as the "gateway" of users in the service. Regarding the attendance, the interlocutors reported difficulties in listening and intervention of women in situations of violence and, therefore, use the collective discussion of some cases that mobilized the team. Regarding the intersectoral articulation, it was observed that after the implementation of the Technical Chamber, a more efficient dialogue and articulated interventions were carried out in the different institutions, however, there are still weaknesses due to what the professionals point out as "personification" of the institutions. The use of participatory methodologies in prevention actions, interventions based on a gender perspective and the strengthening of intersectoral actions are the main elements of the actions to combat violence against women carried out by the SecMul and CEAM-JB multiprofessional team. | |
