A sinestesia cromática busca compreender os aspectos que envolvem a percepção e expressão cognitiva, no processo de usar a cor para analisar propostas de planejamento de ambientes, objetivando o bem-estar, no qual o usuário possa interagir com o espaço construído. Mediante desses aspectos, tendo em vista a capacidade da cor, é possível utilizá-la como transformação de sentidos em edificações. Este projeto buscou realizar uma análise da sinestesia cromática do Restaurante Universitário (RU), ambiente utilizado pelos alunos, professores e trabalhadores da UFPE/CAA, com o intuito de fazer refeições, como almoço e janta. O Restaurante Universitário se encontra no Centro Acadêmico do Agreste, Campus da UFPE, Rodovia BR-104 km 59 S/N - Nova Caruaru, Caruaru – PE. Portanto foi feita uma pesquisa sobre a paleta de cores do ambiente de refeição. Estudou-se e observou-se as sensações, os estímulos alimentares que o local proporciona, para que fossem identificados os possíveis problemas. Constatando a sinestesia cromática do âmbito, foi verificado se a adequação de cores está devidamente apropriada, levando em consideração o objetivo do espaço e como ela está influenciando os indivíduos que fazem contato direto com o ambiente. Ao final desse estudo, foi proposta uma recomendação de adequação cromática para a sinestesia humana. A nova proposta aborda conforto, estímulo, tranquilidade para todos aqueles que usam o serviço. Com tudo a nova recomendação cromática atendeu todos os objetivos desta pesquisa, gerando harmonia das sensações entre estudantes e o Restaurante Universitário.Chromatic synesthesia seeks to understand the aspects that involve cognitive perception and expression in the process of using color to analyze proposals for planning environments, aiming at the well-being, in which the user can interact with the constructed space. Through these aspects, in view of the capacity of the color, it is possible to use it as a transformation of the senses in buildings. This project aimed to perform an analysis of chromatic synaesthesia at the University Restaurant (RU), an environment used by students, teachers and workers of the UFPE / CAA, with the purpose of making meals such as lunch and dinner. The University Restaurant is located at the Agreste Academic Center, UFPE Campus, Highway BR-104 km 59 S / N - Nova Caruaru, Caruaru - PE. Therefore, a search was made on the color palette of the meal environment. It was studied and observed the sensations, the food stimuli that the place provides, so that the possible problems were identified. Acknowledging the chromatic synesthesia of the scope, it was verified that the adequacy of color is appropriate, taking into account the purpose of the space and how it is influencing the individuals that make direct contact with the environment. At the end of this study, a recommendation of chromatic adequacy was proposed for human synesthesia. The new proposal addresses comfort, encouragement, tranquility for all those who use the service. With everything, the new chromatic recommendation met all the objectives of this research, generating harmony of the sensations between students and the University Restaurant.
