| dc.description | O crescimento acelerado da população, industrialização e a mudança no estilo de vida
das pessoas têm se tornado fatores determinantes para o aumento de Resíduos Sólidos
Urbanos gerados diariamente pela sociedade. A não destinação correta pode causar impactos
significativos ao meio ambiente e a qualidade de vida da população. Deste modo, o presente
estudo visou analisar e avaliar o processo de Logística Reversa do lixo implantado no
município de Sairé, que teve como objeto de estudo a Usina de Tratamento e Compostagem,
tendo como referência, a percepção e posicionamento dos gestores e moradores sobre este
processo. De início é exposto o âmbito teórico que relata os assuntos necessários para o
entendimento do trabalho, como conceitos de Logística, o processo de Logística Reversa e
Sustentabilidade. A pesquisa e a análise de dados foram realizadas no mês de junho de 2014 e
obteve a validação de quatro roteiros de entrevista, que abordaram questões de compreensão
da logística reversa, benefícios, colaboração para as organizações, descrição do processo de
Logística Reversa do lixo, pontos fortes, fracos e sugestões. Com base na conclusão, é
possível analisar que os resultados obtidos foram relevantes, verificando-se assim que este
sistema é satisfatório e atende as necessidades e expectativas da população de Sairé. | |
| dc.description | The rapid population growing, industrialization and the changing on the lifestyle of the
people have been becoming determinates factors to the increasing of the solid waste generated
daily by society. The failure on the correct destination may cause considerables negatives
impacts to the environment and quality of life of the population. Thus, the present study
aimed to analyze and evaluate the process of reverse logistics of the garbage of the city of
Sairé, it that had as object of study the Composting Treatment Plant, it that had as reference,
the perception and positioning of managers and residents about this process. At first is
exposed the theoretical framework that describes the necessaries issues to the understanding
of the work, such as concepts of logistics, the process of the reverse logistics and
sustainability. The research and data analysis were performed in June 2014 and got the
validation of four interview scripts, that debate issues of understanding of reverse logistics,
benefits, collaboration to the organizations, description of the process of the reverse logistics
of the garbage, strengths, weaknesses and suggestions. Based on the conclusion, is possible
analyze that the results were similar, verifying then that this system is satisfactory and attain
the expectations of the population of the city of Sairé. | |
