Over the years the concept of learning has been changing and the ways of learning have diversified and adapted to reality over time. Each individual has a particular form of learning in which he finds it easier to construct his knowledge. The modern world of today has explored the potential of this interaction for learning through technology. This work presents a collaborative learning environment in pairs supported by social network, working face to face and online interaction. In it, students are encouraged to learn collaboratively through a simplified social network, student-centered and peer-learning, using tools and approaches that stimulate interaction, communication, and collaboration. In the tool students have the option to assume two types of roles: tutor and educating. The moment both create a connection between them they can help each other through the proposed social networking platform. A prototype was developed to analyze how the tool would be perceived in a real environment through an experiment with a class from the technologist course in Systems Analysis and Development of IFRR. In the experiment the class was divided into two groups: experimental group and control group, where the experimental group used the prototype. In this context, the experience of learning in pairs through the tool was considered positive by participants who used the prototype, who reported an increase in their interest in the content studied, both to teach and to learn. The students who made use of the tool had a more positive perception of their final results, where 60% of them classified as totally positive. In contrast, a majority of 36.4% of the students who did not use the system had a totally negative perception of their results at the end of the experiment.
