A importância da inteligência emocional no desenvolvimento educacional do aluno

Abstract

The work is aimed to show the importance of emotional intelligence in the educational development of the student . The theme of the analysis involved qualitative research in the literature light of published materials and works of authors: Daniel Goleman and Bar -On and Parker , specialists in Emotional Intelligence area. From the analysis of the information obtained , it was shown that emotional intelligence is important and interfere in the process of academic and social student learning , flowing positively their cognitive development . It was understood that each individual is a being endowed with feelings , emotions and lives in society , and the student who manages to capture your feelings and control their emotions, promotes a friendly atmosphere of cooperation , enhancing their learning and cooperating to learning from each other.
