Abstract

The present article it is an reflective about the compulsory the Technical Education Professionalizing 2nd degree during the years 1974-1985, the Education Center 2nd Grade Teacher Teixeira Anísio, municipality of Natal, RN. This objective put into question whether the pedagogical practices of the teaching project devised by Law nº Nº 5.692 by august, 11, 1971 , it was configuring, in fact as education proposal for life, forming the man for the job market, to science at such way to exercise their citizenship, if the Education Center 2nd Grade Teacher Teixeira Anísio, has deployed the referred to Law at its integrality. To develop this article by historical approach, we research in bibliography references the Education History, the Professional Education, as well as been analyzed the documents of the files found in the institution, highlighting the Law No. 5.692 / 71 and the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP)
