dc.description.abstract | This work seeks to learn about the existing social policies in the State of Rio Grande do Norte which are aimed at adolescents who graduated from the Socio-Educational Measure of Internment in an Educational Unit in the Metropolitan Region of Natal. In this sense, I sought to understand the socioeconomic profile of adolescents in compliance with the SocioEducational Measure at CASE Pitimbu and CASEF Fr. João Maria; identify recidivism rates and understand how public policies are contributing to the reintegration of adolescents in their spaces ofsociability after the Socio-educational Internment Measure. The importance of critical discussion regarding the criminalization of youth is highlighted, which directly impacts re-entry into the Socio-Educational System. The research was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively, based on the historical - dialectical method of data analysis, which were obtained through bibliographic and documentary research based on information provided by the SocioEducational Service Foundation of Rio Grande do Norte (FUNDASE/RN ). Through the proposed methodology, the result was the identification of recent essential government initiatives which combat the recurrence of teenagers in infractions, but still with the existence of many challenges to be overcome with regard to intersectoniality. | |
