Abstract

This scientific work has the intent to approach the analysis of religious freedom in the federal constitution of 1988 and some controversial aspects concerning this affair, based on the teachings of the leading scholars of this issue and case law. Besides, it presents an overview about the breadth and aspects of religious freedom, demonstrating their contribution to the development of this subject. Finally, it presents several controversies about this theme.
