Procedural flows that were considered unfeasible due to the high cost and time that would be spent with the physical processing of the process, can now be made feasible seeking the effectiveness of the processes, in view of the implementation of electronic processes by some institutions and public bodies. There are management models such as Business Process Management (BPM) that can align the benefits provided by the implementation of electronic processes to the institution's demands. With this vision in mind, this intervention project delivers as a technical product a manual that demonstrates the possibility of executing the activities of issuing pledge, settlement and payment from the perspective of procedural flows that integrate the efforts of the servers in the responsible area of two campuses geographically distant from the IFRN Methodologically, the study has an applied nature, qualitative approach, descriptive objective and was characterized as action research. This project was conducted based on the BPM life cycle proposed by Baldam (2008). First, a diagnosis of the current situation, analysis and selection and prioritization of processes was carried out, through the analysis of institutional documents and electronic processes, between the years 2018 and 2021. After that, the current state was modeled (as is ) and the future state (to be) of the processes, based on the perceptions and suggestions of a focus group formed by servants who know the procedural flows. With the information gathered and the graphical representations of the models, a manual was prepared to guide the execution of activities with the proposed model. The activities carried out with the proposed model were aligned with the demands of the sector and comprised 13 (thirteen) working days, with 97 (ninety-seven) processes being worked on. The results showed that, in terms of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems used during the execution of these activities, it is already possible for a server in the accounting area to operationalize the demands for another campus geographically distant from its capacity unit, demonstrating feasibility of the proposed model and applicability of BPM concepts. It is expected that the results of this intervention project generate reflection and contribution to the entire IFRN, considering that the integration of the efforts of the servers in the execution of these activities can contribute to the segregation of activities between the servers in the area, speeding up the processing of processes in situations where one of the coordination has a reduced staff, in addition to promoting new studies aimed at standardizing routines, elaborating internal manuals in the sector and modeling processes in organizations.
