Resumen
Produced water is the largest effluent generated by the companies responsible for the exploration and production of oil. This water, which is disposed in the Treatment Station of the companies, has high levels of salts, dissolved oil, heavy metals and toxic substances, thus preventing reuse, disposal and injection without proper treatment. The results of this study are based on the selection of six samples (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5 and P6), which were selected for the analysis of physicochemical parameters, BTEX and metals. Samples P1 and P2 were submitted to the injection, and refer to the analyzes of the physico-chemical parameters, such as: COD and to reduce its content, biological treatment, suspended solids was proposed as a treatment for removal to filtration, since Sulfide and total dissolved solids were indicated the treatment by chemical precipitation and, therefore, salinity which was recommended for treatment by membranes. The P3 and P4 samples were the BTEX with final destination by reuse, and the P3 sample was exempted from a possible treatment, due to its indices being below the maximum value allowed by Conama n ° 430, while the Sample P4 was proposed adsorption treatment for the reduction of its indices of this contaminant. Finally the samples P5 and P6 were performed analyzes for determination of the metals that as the P4 sample was suggested the treatment by adsorption, and the destination was discarded.
