dc.description.abstractThe present teaching - learning article has as its theme: EJA traversing history and teaching learning through practical activities. In the course of this article, we situate literacy in the social context by inserting the interference of social inequality in the acquisition of writing. This article will also contribute to the students of the EJA to know innovative practices of reading and writing in the acquisition of new knowledge. In order to elaborate this article of teaching learning we are based on studies of several theorists to have a deeper knowledge surrounding the literacy of young people and adults being: PIAGET, EMILIA FERREIRO, ANA TEBEROSKY, AUBERT DE SOUZA and PAULO FREIRE, among others ... This article is also of great importance to other literacy teachers to enrich their classes and broaden their students' knowledge through innovative methods that will arouse interest, develop creativity and reasoning, making learning more meaningful.
