dc.description.abstractIn the XXI century the school and the family are facing many behavioral problems at school and, in particular, hyperactivity. During the probationary period it was observed that students diagnosed with hyperactivity, were often treated as unable to have different behaviors of other students. Therefore, this study aims to know the symptoms that can diagnose a child with hyperactivity and identify how to mediate the teaching process in these cases. This is a qualitative survey from bibliographical study anchored in authors like Muskat (2012), Silva (2003), Mattos (2005), Barkley (2008), among others. Article By conducting this research, it was found that despite the teachers already have some knowledge about the disorder Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, children with this diagnosis have impairments in their learning process due to the absence of specific teaching practices.
