Implementação dos princípios da construção enxuta para otimização dos processos na construção civil

Abstract

Civil construction is one of humanity's oldest activities and one of the activities that most drives the country's economic development. In front of this cenario, it is noticed that there is an increasingly competitive market in this sector, which promotes the search for better solutions and tools for companies. Lean construction appears as a great ally in this search, aiming to increase the productivity of construction companies, reduce waste and reduce execution times. In this context, this work aims to present case studies from the scientific literature that were carried out using the methodology of "lean construction" and evaluate the implementation of seven main principles, showing the impacts and improvements that were achieved after the implementation of this philosophy.
