Uma proposta de integração de planejamento estratégico com gestão de projetos para fundação de apoio à universidade federal

Abstract

Strategic planning is a process that has been shown to be increasingly important for long-term sustainability and competitiveness of organizations. In a project management model, strategic planning is linked to projects to facilitate their implementation. Life Cycle Canvas is a simple and easy-to-use tool for planning and managing projects defined in strategic planning. The objective of this work is to present the elaboration of the strategic planning of the Norte-Rio-Grandense Foundation for Research and Culture (FUNPEC), linked to the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), for the period 2020-2023. The methodology used in this work was a case study, based on intensive direct observation, with qualitative data analysis. Planning using Life Cycle Canvas took into account the management of strategic objectives and associated projects. The main results of the work include the organizational diagnosis and redefinition of the business, mission, vision and values; definition of strategic objectives, indicators, metrics and goals; definition and prioritization of strategic projects; and the management plan.
