dc.descriptionObjective: To evaluate the intra and inter-examiner agreement of Theory of Mind Task battery in patients after stroke. Methods: 46 participants with clinical diagnosis of stroke were evaluated using ToM, of which only 38 were fit for analysis by 3 examiners. Results: Concordance between the total scores was determined using the test-retest method with good replicability (p- <0.0001), and an excellent inter-examiner correlation coefficient among the three evaluators. Conclusions: Theory of Mind Task Battery, in this specific population scope, complied with the methods of agreement and correlation. However, its use requires the methodological recommendation established through the application manual.

dc.descriptionAvaliar a concordância intra e inter-examinador da Theory of Mind Task battery em pacientes após acidente vascular cerebral (AVC). Métodos: 46 participantes com diagnóstico clínico de AVC foram avaliados com uso da ToM, destes apenas 38 foram aptos para análise por 3 examinadores. Resultados: Foi identificado concordância entre os escores totais por meio do método teste-reteste com boa replicabilidade (p<0,0001), e excelente coeficiente de correlação inter-examinador entre os três avaliadores. Conclusões: A Theory of Mind Task Battery, neste escopo populacional específico cumpriu com os métodos de concordância e correlação. Contudo, sua utilização requer a preconização metodológica estabelecida através do manual de aplicação.
