The Syringe Pump is a low-cost alternative to an infusion pump, mainly used in processes that involve low pressure and flow. This work aimed to contribute to the laboratory study of precise dosages of liquids, subsidizing experiments in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and veterinary, among others areas of study. The pump is controlled from a web page created using an HTML markup language and its automation was developed using an ESP8266 micro controller board, to be used in the Arduino IDE programming environment and its own programming language based on C / C ++. An ESP8266 creates a web server, which is capable of receiving data remotely through a web browser and communicating instantly with the stepper motor driver, thus enabling the control of the motor rotation speed and consequently a pump flow. After the pump assembly and programming process, a mathematical study was carried out to calibrate and validate control values for different flow rates. In addition, safety tests were performed, maximum and minimum flow and the mathematical model that complies with the flow behavior in relation to the motor speed. At the end the experimental results induced pump with a flow rate scale from 0 to 12,4mL/min.
