Resumen
This article comes from a research carried out in a public school of the federal school system, in Natal-RN. The paper seeks to debate how the denomination of gender has being constructed, as well as to weave the relations of the action of pedagogical coordination with gender issues and gender bias. The research had conducted from a qualitative methodology with analysis and reflection on the Political-Pedagogical Project of the field school and a structured questionnaire. It also relies on authors such as Foucault (2018), Louro (2014), Guedes (1995), Luiz and Nascente (2013), among other interpreters. From the analysis and reflections on the document and the theoretical framework mentioned, it had concluded that the political-pedagogical project built collectively is the identity of the school and that from this document can develop educational actions to overcome gender prejudice.
