In March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) raised the contamination status of Covid-19, a new coronavirus disease (SARS-Cov-2) to pandemic. From this pandemic scenario emerges a greater need for attention to the health worker also regarding the aspects that affect their mental health. The objective of this research is to know and analyze the mental health repercussions of primary health care workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is an integrative literature review, which was performed in the portal of the Virtual Health Library - VHL, being contemplated the bases, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Google Scholar and being complemented by manual search in the references and gray literature. Using the descriptors: Saúde Mental/Mental health, Profissionais de Saúde/Health Personnel, COVID-19/COVID-19, Atenção Primária à Saúde/Primary Health Care. The data were tabulated in Microsoft Excel 2013 spreadsheet. Then, qualitative analysis was performed using Nvivo 10 for Windows. The results of the analysis allowed the creation of three thematic categories, they are: Mental Health and Psychic Illness; Professional Categories and Psychic Illness; Care Strategies For Psychic Illness. Among the findings, it was possible to observe that the pandemic made the work environment more anxiogenic, with uncertainties about work organization and an increase of stress and anxiety in this environment.Em março de 2020, a Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) elevou o status de contaminação do Covid-19, doença do novo coronavírus (SARS-Cov-2) à pandemia. A partir desse cenário de pandemia faz-se emergir maior necessidade de atenção ao trabalhador de saúde também no que se refere aos aspectos que afetam a sua saúde mental. O objetivo desta pesquisa é o de conhecer e analisar as repercussões à saúde mental dos trabalhadores da atenção primária à saúde brasileira durante a pandemia de Covid-19. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, que foi realizada no portal da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde – BVS, sendo contemplado as bases, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Google Acadêmico e sendo complementada por busca manual nas referências e literatura cinzenta. Usando os descritores: Saúde Mental/Mental health, Profissionais de Saúde/Health Personnel, COVID-19/COVID-19, Atenção Primária à saúde/Primary Health Care. Os dados foram tabulados em planilha eletrônica do Microsoft Excel 2013. Em seguida, foi realizada análise qualitativa através do Nvivo 10 for Windows. Os resultados da analise permitiram a criação de três categorias temáticas, são elas: Saúde Mental e Adoecimento Psíquico; Categorias Profissionais e Adoecimento Psíquico; Estratégias Para Combate ao Adoecimento Psíquico. Dentre os achados, foi possível observar que a pandemia tornou o ambiente de trabalho mais ansiogênico, com incertezas sobre a organização do trabalho e aumento do estresse e ansiedade nesse ambiente.
