Produção de material didático para educação mediada por tecnologia aplicada à saúde: uma proposta de sistema para a dialogicidade

Abstract

The training of health professionals generates significant changes in work processes, as well as a consequent impact on the quality of the services provided. The empirical field of the research, which was the Virtual Learning Environment of the Unified Health System (AVASUS), developed by the Laboratory of Technological Innovation in Health (LAIS), aims at combining large-scale and quality training for the professionals of the Unified Health System (SUS). In this context, a challenge arises, which is the preparation of professionals for the production of content for technology-mediated education applied to health. Thus, the study sought to investigate the difficulties faced by the AVASUS' content makers in the process of designing modules for technology-mediated health education, in order to obtain support for pedagogical propositions related to the human formation of content makers. The research methodology used had a quali-quantitative approach based on the application of a multiplechoice questionnaire, focus group, and, finally, individual interviews performed with content makers with finalized modules, program coordinators, and technical staff linked to the module production process. Thus, the survey was based on different views, from the perspective of identifying the operational and pedagogical needs of the participants of the process, obtaining relevant, genuine, and unusual results. The work evidenced that 81% of the public researched never had any experience in the production of didactic material for Distance Education (DE) and that, in many cases, the most considerable difficulty is to write the material using a dialogic language. Thus, it proposes the development of the software requirements specification for the E-Dialogic (Pedagogical Solution for the Content Makers' Human Formation for the Production of Dialogical Texts), a tool that aims to aid the content makers' human formation process, allowing to deepen the knowledge about the dialogic language, as well as to perform activities that will help in the association, edition, and conversion of dialogic texts. It seeks to provide the information necessary for the development of the E-Dialogic, such as purpose, description, attributes, and requirements for the implementation, testing, and approval of the system. Finally, it aims at developing a software system capable of assisting the formation of the content maker, enabling more interactivity and better quality of the didactic material produced, since the system will guide the user in the didactic-communicational transition process, moving from the perspective of scientific text to interactional-dialogical text.
