Resumen
The research was developed in a qualitative exploratory perspective, based on questionnaires applied and carried out, seeking to analyze the performance of the pedagogical coordinator in the hospital educational context. In this sense, we aim to understand, in the perspective of pedagogical coordinators how their work is carried out together with other professionals of the hospital class, reporting their positive and negative experiences, challenges and achievements. In order to collect the field data, a questionnaire was applied to three pedagogical coordinators. The same are employees of the municipality and state of Natal / RN, provided by the Department of Education to work in hospitals in the hospital class. In the process of analyzing the data, we seek the theoretical basis seeking and comparing with the practice reported by the professionals, in order to understand the importance of the pedagogical coordinator in the hospital class.
