dc.description.abstractThe present work presents the transformation of an organizational process of the organ belonging to the State Judicial Branch, the Coordenadoria Estadual da Infância e da Juventude do Rio Grande do Norte (State Coordination of Childhood and Youth of Rio Grande do Norte), carried out in a manual way will be automated with the purpose of causing practicality in the execution of activities , increase productivity and enable data control. For the management and coordination of this project was used, as a support tool, the methodology of management of visual projects Life Cycle Canvas. The adherence to these visual methodologies to manage projects is increasingly common in public institutions because they are generally tools that allow the involvement of the team in the elaboration and execution of the projects and for being usually adapted to projects of varied and thematic. With this flexibility, greater stakeholder engagement is provided, thus contributing to better results. As for the structure of work, the division took place in six main parts, namely: The theoretical contribution; The diagnosis of the process performed at the institution; The elaboration of the project using the methodology Life Cycle Canvas; The development of software prototype; The presentation of the tool and its evaluation, which was tested by the team and the managing judge. For its evaluation, a semi-structured questionnaire was used, through which positive feedback was obtained relating to the tool, characterizing it as a real solution that will aid the management of judicial processes in the field of childhood and youth, if it is completed and implemented in the routine of the institution. It should be emphasized that this tool developed with the current programming allows its expansion of use to other units that use the service of distribution of reports, even of different judicial matters.
