Elaboração de nota técnica para serviços de demolição realizados pelo Ministério Público Federal

Abstract

The knowledge of management towards results, highly used within the private sector, has equally been incorporated in to the public sector usefull and increasingly towards the assurance of the foundations of public administration. Thus, the application of manuals of procedures, intended to structure and standardise activities, arises as an important tool towards qualifying internal procedures from public organs, which are able to execute and implement those guidelines. This establishment of procedures is of great relevance for management services as a whole, although exceptionally important for those with technical particularities originated from other areas and require greater expenses such as the case of engineering services. Due to these facts, the present work proposes to formalize a Technical Note towards the function of composing the collection of the Engineering and Architecture Secretariat (SEA), associated to the Public Federal Ministry (MPF), starting from the practical study case regarding a large-scale demolition service executed and supervised by the Public Ministry of the State of Rio Grande do Norte located at its capital, Natal. It is and exploratory research with a qualitative approach, where its goal was to analyze and discretize every step of the procedure used to implement the demolition intended by the MPF, paying special attention to its particularities, required documentations, and relevant laws in every phase, enabling, from this starting point, to develop guidelines around this nature of service.
