Resumen
This monograph presents the results of an analysis study with categorized data in the jurisdictional area, for joint analysis between variables that measure responses of opinions regarding access to justice, the slowness and the jurisdictional provision of the State Justice of RN, from the perspective of Magistrates, Lawyers / Jurisdictional Prosecutors. It was found that a population finds it easy to search for their rights in the State Courts, however, factors such as processing time and lack of confidence are reasons that lead a population to give up seeking their rights in the Courts. For the jurisdictional provision, the number of judges and the agility in the progress of the proceedings are some items that demonstrate dissatisfaction and that when regulated can improve the jurisdictional provision. Regarding procedural delays, the time it takes for decisions to take to trial, the number of civil servants and magistrates and the performance of the expert examination are some of the factors that impact on the slowness of lawsuits and legal acts. In the study, Pearson's chi-square test was used to jointly assess the following variables: ease of a population to seek justice, service provided by civil servants, speed of the judicial provision and processing time of the cases, in which it is possible to find an association between the cross variables.
