dc.description.abstractThis production aims to analyze pedagogical practices in multisseriate classes in Rural Schools in the Municipality of Marcelino Vieira - RN and its research question is the following problem: "what the purpose of pedagogical practices in multisseriate classes, from its challenges and prospects? "This is a qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with teacher and pedagogical coordinator related to rural education, as well as observations of pedagogical practices in the school environment. To support the research, it was used a part of the basic references of Rural Education, particularly in terms of pedagogical practices in Santos and Azevedo (2006) and Fernandes (2006); Rural Education in Caldart (2008), and to discuss multisseriate classes was used in this study Santos and Moura (2010), and Arroyo (2010), Silva (2006) and Batista and Costa (2010). Education in the perspective of the necessary transformation, as the guiding principles for both, this production took as reference, part of the Paulo Freire studies (1996). As one of the central aspects of conclusive approaches this study raised the fact that the pedagogical practices of the Rural Schools are established dichotomized, overall, the reality and the potential of the rural individual and is structured paradigmatically from a precarious urban serial logic.
