Análise de eficiência acadêmica: um estudo da efetividade do ensino de contabilidade aplicado ao mercado de trabalho

Abstract

This work aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the teaching of accounting applied to the labor market of the Accounting Analyst profession. Motivated by the increasing globalization and innovation in the area and the failure to update the academic grid at the same speed demanded. A sample of 35 students was selected to answer a questionnaire that verified what is transmitted in the classroom compared to what is found in the labor market. On the other hand, to analyze the job market, 12 skills and competencies were studied in relation to 65 vacancies found in the Vagas and LinkedIn databases, between the period December 2021 and January 2022. It was possible to conclude after analysis that there is a need to renew the curricular grid in order to better match the demands brought by the job market.
