| dc.description | This work aims to design a children's book about vegetables. The purpose of the book is to encourage children to take interest on the subject and for it to behave as a mediator to ease the contact between children and vegetables. The development of the project was based on theoretical research on: Children and food education, the Freinet methodology, children's book, the construction of symbols through the concept of semiotics. The design methodology used was Human-Centered Design, which gave the support to bring this project to life. In the practical part of this work, the collective construction of knowledge through the point of view and speech of children. | dc.description | Este trabalho propõe a construção coletiva de um livro voltado ao público infantil, que tem como temática central os vegetais. O objetivo é colocar o livro como elemento que venha a estimular o interesse das crianças pelo assunto e funcione como um facilitador para o contato da criança com os vegetais. O desenvolvimento do projeto foi baseado em pesquisas de fundamentação teórica, onde foram abordados e relacionados os seguintes temas: a criança e a educação alimentar, a metodologia Freinet, o livro infantil, a construção de símbolos através da semiótica. A metodologia de design utilizada foi a Human-Centered Design, que deu suporte à realização prática deste projeto. Nesta, focou-se na construção coletiva de conhecimento através do olhar e da fala das crianças, resultando em um processo de desenvolvimento da linguagem visual do livro. | |
