dc.description.abstractThis course conclusion work is the result of an analysis of eight monographs on the tangram, a pedagogical game aimed at teaching/learning in mathematics of basic education. For this, a bibliographic research was carried out, that is, a mapping of the monographic productions related to the studies on this game, defended in the undergraduate courses in mathematics of several Brazilian universities in the period from 2011 to 2019. After these procedures, the readings were carried out and analyzes of these monographic works. Then, categories were created, namely: subjects, levels of education and content covered. The results obtained by these works showed that the use of Tangram as a teaching resource in mathematics classes contributes in a significant and pleasant way to a better understanding of mathematical concepts.
