Resumen
This monographic research has like object of study the PRACTICE TEACHING HUMANIZED: POSSIBILITY IN EVERYDAY TEACHING. It's a job a qualitative approach based on field research, developed through the use of questionnaires and direct observation. Sought to identify the knowledge regarding the humanized teaching practice of two teachers from the 5th grade of elementary school, using as theoretical framework, authors such as Freire (2014), Braga (2012), Carvalho (2009) , Morin (2011) , Delors (2010) , Tardif (2011), among others. Soon after, we seek to describe and characterize such practices of teaching everyday these professionals, that is, if they realize and know how to humanize the education they provide to their students, differing thus humanizing the teaching of banking education. We seek to broaden the discussion that still enables the teacher to reflect on the process of teaching and student learning in this perspective. The teaching practice is not only to achieve the present objectives in lesson plans, goes much further, because it is a job that involves human beings, so teaching is a human activity. The survey results indicate that the humanized teaching practice may be possible in everyday teaching, that it is a search process that comes from humanizing design that each subject has, making the same is realized in reality.
