Análise comparativa do regulamento técnico do sistema de gestão da integridade de poço (SGIP), com os regulamentos técnicos da ANP nos temas: segurança operacional, inspeção, incidente e emergência.

Abstract

The ANP´s (Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustível) function is to regulate and supervise the petroleum industry segments in Brazil. Thus, a lot of technical regulations were created, principally to provide guidelines regarding the activity management systems. The comparison between the various regulations by an operator, allows to evaluate which actions should be taken in the various areas of a company to fully meet all regulators to fulfil the requirements of all regulators. For the comparative analysis of this paper the following regulations were used : Regulamento Técnico do Sistema de Gerenciamento da Segurança Operacional das Instalações Marítimas de Perfuração e Produção de Petróleo e Gás Natural (SGSO) Instituted in 2007, Regulamento Técnico do Sistema de Gerenciamento da Integridade Estrutural das Instalações Terrestres de Produção de Petróleo e Gás Natural (RTSGI) Instituted in 2010, Regulamento Técnico de Dutos Terrestres para Movimentação de Petróleo, Derivados e Gás Natural (RTDT) Instituted in 2011, Regulamento Técnico do Sistema de Gerenciamento de Segurança Operacional de Sistema Submarino (SGSS) Instituted in 2015 and Regulamento Técnico do Sistema de Gerenciamento da Integridade de Poços (SGIP) Regulamento Técnico do Sistema de Gerenciamento da Integridade de Poços (SGIP) Instituted in 2016, to deal about following topics : operational safety, inspection and emergency. In the end ,will be presented the differences between the SGIP and the other regulations fulfilling the objective proposed in the paper.
