Mapeamento de processos de contratação: uma proposta para o IFRN-Campus Nova Cruz

Abstract

Considering the scarcity of resources and the increasing demands of society for services to be offered by the State, it is expected that the public administration will seek mechanisms to increase the efficiency of spending and the quality of public services. In this way, the present work has as general objective to develop an intervention proposal, through the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), which allows improvement in the execution of the service contracting processes within the scope of the IFRN - Campus Nova Cruz; and as specific objectives to describe the current situation of the process, to identify possible problems in the and to propose improvement actions based on the redesign of the process based on the elements of the BPM notation. The research was characterized as descriptive and applied based on research in articles, books, theses and dissertations and in official government and institutional documents; questionnaires applied with the employees involved in the hiring and hiring processes; and application of the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) through the Bizagi Modeler software. From the research carried out, it was possible to notice that the actors involved in the processes of contracting services at the IFRN-Campus Nova Cruz are not clear about the procedures for contracting, with few answers that are similar and compatible with what really should happen in all phases. It is recommended to adopt the mapping of contracting processes, since the BPMN proved to be satisfactory in terms of understanding and easy handling.
