dc.descriptionThis study presents a research carried out with the aim of identifying evidence of the relationship between Law and Art in the cultural scene of Natal, capital of the State of Rio Grande do Norte, admittedly, a city squeezed between Recife and Fortaleza, from the cultural point of view. In the research, after discussing the concepts of Art and Law, a brief incursion into the history of the relationship between art and the instances of power that determined the law in its times was made, in order to finally try to identify the level of knowledge and application of the rights in the environment of artistic production in Natal/RN, with specific clippings that aim at a propaedeutic analysis regarding the artist's relationship with the environment of legislation that somehow touches his craft, in the city of Natal/RN.
dc.descriptionEste estudo apresenta pesquisa realizada com o sentido de identificar indícios da relação do Direito com a Arte no cenário cultural de Natal, capital do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, reconhecidamente uma cidade espremida entre o Recife e Fortaleza, do ponto de vista cultural. Na pesquisa, depois de discorrer a respeito dos conceitos de Arte e Direito, foi feita breve incursão no histórico da relação da arte com as instâncias de poder que determinavam o direito em suas épocas para, enfim, tentar identificar o nível de conhecimento e aplicação dos direitos no ambiente da produção artística de Natal/RN, com recortes específicos que visam uma análise propedêutica a respeito da relação do artista com o ambiente das legislações que tocam de alguma forma o seu ofício na cidade de Natal/RN.
