Contribuição à elaboração do diagnóstico técnico-participativo para o plano municipal de saneamento básico de Felipe Guerra/RN.

Abstract

The law nº. 11.445/2007 guides the brazilians counties in the elaboration process of theirs basic sanitation plan, covering the urban area and the rurals areas, and that law acts together with the law nº 12.305/2010, where it is essencial be able to do a work with the character technical and participative. It is necessary that the public policy which covers the basic sanitation plan from the county works in harmony with the other public policies. That study has the objective to use the county of Felipe Guerra/RN such as study case to auxiliary in the process of the county basic sanitation plan creation and to do an avaliation pre-diagnosis above the basic sanitation of the county which was cited. For this occured meetings with the county's representants to start the job, made use of recognized questionnaires, it was taken photos to show some specifcs situations, it was researched datas from historics series and statistics datas, remembering that all of this is related to the county of Felipe Guerra or is related about the semiarido's region from the Rio Grande do Norte’s state, because that is the region where the county of Felipe Guerra is located. The study shows a comparison about the situation from Filipe Guerra basic sanitation plan when the research began and the situation at the end of the research and the study presents too the condition related about the basic sanitation in Felipe Guerra covering positives and negatives points which covers all of the subdivisions and that subdivisions are potable water supply, sanitary depletion, drain and management of stormwater and urban cleaning and management of the solids waste. In this way, it was made some suggestions when the analysis of data was ended and that suggestions are to the county of Felipe Guerra to use what they consider relevant to apply during the process of the elaboration from their plan.
