Resumen
Introduction: Bronchopulmonary dysplasia is characterized as a chronic disease, with clinical aspects of oxygen dependence. Objectives: to verify studies that discuss cardiorespiratory parameters and saturation during food supply in premature newborns with bronchopulmonary dysplasia. Methodology: this is an integrative literature review, composed by articles from the PUBMED, MEDLINE, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Scopus, Scielo and Periódico Capes database. The inclusion criteria were: meet the research objectives, being available in full and in all available languages. Results: after the search, 4 articles were found with the objective of determining vital status during breastfeeding, assessing the coordination of sucking/swallowing/breathing and describing the variation of heart rate during the nutricional transition of premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia. Conclusion: Premature newborns with bronchopulmonary dysplasia have more respiratory instability, longer permanence in oxygen saturation below 90%, in addition to having increased time to stabilize the heartbeat per minute after breastfeeding.
