Estudo de área de cobertura de dispositivo LORA para ambientes de Smart Campus

Abstract

As a way to improve the quality of services in educational or Smart Campus environments, greater interaction between internal and external users of Internet-based service institutes and users and the campus. In this paper, we present a LoRa (Long Range) technology coverage study as a solution for creating Internet of Things (IoT) initiatives for intelligent Campus environments, as well as to assist in the process of automating services offered across campus. For this, it was configured to verify the comprehensiveness of this technology at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), using a Gateway LoRa and a LoRa end device, RN2483 microship, working as a client server.
