The study of quality of life at work (QVT) is important for organizations to increase their competitiveness in the market, also serving to improve the quality of services or products offered. With the pandemic caused by the coronavirus, the world found itself, in 2020, in the need to adapt the ways of carrying out activities, whether by private companies or public bodies, adopting remote work as a way to contain the advances of the pandemic and preserve the workers' health. In this context, the importance of studying QWL in the field of remote work emerged, as even working from home, servers could be dissatisfied with factors related to work and its context. Thus, a QWL assessment questionnaire was applied to the servers of the Regional Electoral Court of Rio Grande do Norte (TRE/RN) based on the dimensions proposed by Walton (1973), and this model was chosen for its relevance in applications of this type in research carried out in Brazil and in the world. According to the results obtained, it was observed that the vast majority of public agency employees maintain high levels of satisfaction according to the dimensions of the QWL, with the training carried out by the TRE to assist its employees in carrying out the work as the main problems. remoteness, as well as the distance between employees caused by the need for social distance. It was concluded that to continue maintaining good levels of satisfaction in the face of QWL dimensions, it is necessary to implement training methodologies for servers to perform remote work, as well as activities that give employees the feeling of belonging to the organization, given that these these are the points that generate the greatest dissatisfaction according to the data obtained from the surveyed sample.
