Compatibilização de projetos através da interoperabilidade entre softwares BIM

Abstract

The main objective of this work is to demonstrate, through interoperability between BIM software, the compatibility between projects of a townhouse modeled in Revit. In addition, characteristics of BIM, the applications that compose it, the advantages, disadvantages, gains and advances that this technology has been bringing to the world of civil construction and architecture were defined, as well as the different areas of activity of BIM software in engineering. In this sense, from the modeling of a townhouse, a case study was carried out using three computer programs (Revit, TQS and Navisworks) to demonstrate the compatibility between the architectural and structural projects of the building under study, either visually or automated way with the options that the software used provide.
