Estudo preliminar de um centro cultural para o município de Ceará-Mirim

Abstract

The culture acts at connection element between a people and their roots, and the globalization try to homogenize the aspects that distinguish them, with the objective of profit propagating a mass culture, however, not to lose the sense of belonging its necessary to the people need to take ownership of what is being produced in your region. Seeing the local reality, without appropriate spaces to development of these activities, it is proposed to develop the proposal of a preliminary project for a cultural center focused on fine arts in the city of Ceará-Mirim, in Rio Grande do Norte. To achieve proposed goal theoretical research was conducted on the specialty of a cultural center, besides studies of project references and analysis of the legislation and environmental conditions of the place where it will be inserted. The final proposal contemplates the precepts of an equipment of this type, with diversity of uses, imposing architecture and at the same time inviting which brings the ideal of belonging to the population that will be contemplated by it.
