dc.description.abstractAs a teacher initiating the scholarship program of teaching PIDID Physical Education UFRN (Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte) I observed the performance of the Teachers Supervisors, in this program and I was able to realize that they learned a lot with the program. So this study had as general objective to analyze if PIBID Physical Education UFRN could be considered as continuous formation and training possibility for the Supervisors that participated in the project. The specifics sought to analyze the influence of the program in the methodology and didactics of these teachers. Using the qualitative-descriptive research the study analyzed the answers of 6 of those Teachers. The study had its structure in the form of chapters, 3 chapters.. Among those chapters are the introduction of the work that explains about the work itself. Chapter 1 referring to the PIBID UFRN (Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte) that analyzed the program and its influence. Chapter 2 that was one approach on what would be the continued formation/training, to serve as the basis for the discussion. Chapter 3 that analyzed and concluded about the program. In this way, it was possible to verify that the program is consider relevant and important by these teachers involved in the study, as a possibility of continuous formation and training. We understand that more research relating to this continuing education and PIBID must be done and implemented, ratifying the importance of the program not only for the initial training of teachers, but also for all teachers in the public school system.
