dc.description.abstractThis work arose from the need to implement a strategic planning to the Pet Shop São José organization, since strategy is fundamental to the success of organizations. It aims to make internal and external analysis, making an accurate diagnosis possible, collecting necessary information so that the employees have knowledge about the company and define actions that need to be taken for the company to achieve its goals. For this purpose, field researches were conducted, supported by data collected through observation of the company's activities, interviews and bibliographic research. Environmental analysis were performed through Swot analysis, which showed the scenario in which the organization is inserted. Through the chosen variables, the objectives for each BSC success factor were determined and then the strategies were developed. The results obtained through the research confirm the initial thesis on how LCC facilitates the implementation of the strategies listed through the BSC. It is hoped that this work can contribute to the company where the research was conducted and that it brings the expected benefits of a strategic planning.
