The concept of mental health assumes variations and to different cultures, autonomy, subjective well-being, self-efficacy, competence, rational and emotional potential, among others. The work presents itself to the subject with a double character, that of the social construction of identity and that of the structuring of satisfaction and pleasure. The precariousness of work enhances unsafe experiences, causing serious risks to mental health, such as Burnout syndrome, anxiety, depression and psychosomatic diseases. The SARS-CoV-2 infection pandemic, in addition to causing great concern in public health, causes mental suffering, especially among health professionals who face daily exposure to virus particles. Complementary Integrative practices encourage the prevention of injuries and the recovery of workers' health. Group activities facilitate awareness and favor spaces for awareness and expansion for new attitudes and behavioral changes. In this sense, the objective of the present work is a proposal of intention with a multiprofessional service to promote the mental health of health professionals at the Obstetric and Pediatric Clinic of the Dr. Mariano Coelho Regional Hospital. It is a participatory research, applied and interdisciplinary, as an instrument for data collection, participant observation and field diary. The proposal consists of two distinct stages: -Stage 1: Description of the intervention proposal; - Step 2: Training of the multidisciplinary team. Based on the psychic diagnosis of health workers, the emergence of a service aimed at promoting workers' health at the Dr. Mariano Coelho Regional Hospital is observed. However, fragility emerged in the institutional support for the proposal. With the support of the Permanent Education Center, the training took place as a potentiator of new strategies and strengthening of attitudes and practices that professionals already used to promote mental health and had the participation of thirty three professionals. It is important to reinforce that strategies like these can be promoted by any health professional. In this way, we replace victimization with attitudes surrounded by concrete actions, making it possible to intend the participation of workers, managers or users, recognizing that we can find order in the disorder present in health.
