Resumen
With the advance of the oil extraction industry, from the second half of the 19th century to the present day, the industrial, energy and economic potential of the so-called "black gold" became notorious. Thus, the industrial community has perfected the techniques of drilling and extracting productive wells and has developed more and more petroleum products in order to expand their potential. In order to develop, the industry has moved from onshore wells, for drilling in high-stress marine environments to mechanical and electrical systems, in offshore wells. Such is the economic potential envisioned by the industry and the history of oil use, that we build drilling platforms, with sophisticated and expensive equipment, in environments that present significant risks. With the objective of guaranteeing that such investment has a solid base of operation and presents the minimum planning conditions, the industry has been requesting that its drilling rigs be increasingly proactive in the tasks of data acquisition, control and equipment performance. This work proposes an action model and data acquisition for an oil platform onshore, located at the base TechCenter of Geowellex do Brasil Serviços Petrolíferos LTDA, using proprietary equipment from National Instruments and programming in LabVIEW environment. The results are obtained through the use of the model in the real platform of medium scale present in the base, in order to guarantee the fidelity of the functionality of the model developed in an environment that composes a simulation as close as possible to the reality of the industry.
