Resumen
The study of this final work object is a focused educational building for the artistic design education and training of art professionals. It presented a blueprint with emphasis on aspects of environmental comfort. Due to a long period as drawing monitor the Atelier Ricardo Tinôco (ART), I developed the interest in the subject and I observed the absence of schools that can teach and help develop the practice of drawing among children, youth and adults. The ART has a social project that teaches children and teenagers from underprivileged community to design and to give classes in their communities. From the interest in the subject, motivation has emerged to design a building that could serve as a model for the construction of its own headquarters of the workshop in Natal. Standardization is a method frequently used in institutional projects such as schools and basic health units. Therefore, it uses the method for creating an adaptive model, mainly because the studio does not have at present a proper ground. The intention is that the manager can use this work as documentation in search of funds for completion of the project. The process includes study of likely areas of intervention, so the model project can suit the conditions of each area
