Introduction: Quality of life in the climacteric period refers to physical and social well-being. However, in this period the woman undergoes physiological changes, among them the reduction of hormonal levels that can be abrupt or gradual and act directly on sexual function. Objectives: To evaluate the sexual function and quality of life of Climacteric women practicing the Pilates Method (PM). Methods: Thirty climacteric women practicing the Pilates Method were evaluated through the Utian Quality of Life (UQOL) and the Sexual Function Index (FSFI) questionnaires. Statistical analysis was done in a descriptive way by the mean of the UQOL and FSFI scores. Results: The study consisted of 29 participants for analysis of sexual function and 30 for quality of life, with a mean age of 54.83 (± 9.51) years. The influence of (PM) for quality of life was of the general score for the UQOL of 88.60. while the level of sexual information did not reach the minimum score in front of the literature references (<26). Conclusion: It is inferred that MP may have a positive influence on women's quality of, and it seems to have the same influence on sexual function
