Resumen
The Situational Strategic Planning (PES) aims to promote an adaptation according to an empirical analysis of a given situation/reality, where indicators from different areas will be considered to support the improvement intervention applied from the PES. In the case studied here, a PES was proposed to adapt the Strategic Component of Pharmaceutical Assistance (CEAF) of UNICAT in Rio Grande do Norte, with the purpose of promoting an improvement in the quality of the service offered by the Unit, and ensuring that it is instituted and implemented. adequate organizational flows of work processes. Using indicators that promote the improvement of the functionality of the service from the data collection carried out through a dialogued interview with UNICAT servers who participated in the work, it is possible to measure the biggest problems faced by the Unit, with priority being chosen for the “lack of adequate organizational flow and work processes”. Still, after data collection and prioritization matrix, a series of measures was proposed in order to solve the problems pointed out, as well as those responsible for each assignment, the monitoring time period and the appropriate parameters for each of the measures taken. The results shown in this study concluded that the observational analysis carried out at CEAF/UNICAT-RN was able to identify that the problems related to the inadequacy of organizational flows of established work processes are essential to be remedied, and that once the measures proposed in this work are implemented, it will be possible to obtain a more satisfactory result for the operation of the Unit both internally and in the final service offered to the user.
