Análise de viabilidade econômica de unidade de beneficiamento do óleo residual de fritura

Abstract

Widely present on the table of Brazilians, cooking oil has been the subject of environmental debates, collection campaigns and scientific research, not only for its potential to contaminate soils and waters after inadequate disposal, but also for the possession of monetary and social value after consumption. Thus, this study proposes a simple process for the beneficiation of the residual frying oil, as well as economically evaluates its installation and operation. Although the study does not take into account investments in marketing, laboratorial analyzes, among others. After the elaboration of the process and the analysis and analysis of the initial and production costs, it was concluded that the waste oil treatment plant is feasible according to the factors addressed.
