Resumen
The present writing is born out of the author's experience with Judo and his concern
about how this content is being treated in the context of school Physical Education.
Thus, as a main objective, think of Judo as a pedagogical possibility to the content
Fights in school Physical Education classes in Elementary School II. Therefore, the
methodology consists of a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, based on
a critical reading of works with classes from Elementary School II, with the proposal of
a Didactic Unit as a possibility to experience the content Lutas, with a special focus on
Judo. The proposal arises from the concern, mainly, raised by the traditional approach
to the content Fight is generally bequeathed marginally to school Physical Education
classes at the expense of Sports content. In the search for results, we observe the
application of fundamentals, exercises and teachings of conceptual base of Judo as
functionality for the physical, psychological and humanitarian formation of the students.
