Projeto urbano no espaço livre público do programa minha casa minha vida: estudo e intervenção no loteamento Brasil

Abstract

The work's theme is free public spaces. The choice of this theme was given from my participation in the project "Avaliação do Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida na RMNatal: qualidade de projetos e impactos urbanos e ambientais", coordinated by Maria Dulce Picanço Bentes Sobrinha, in which was observed, in large part of the set analyzed, absence of urbanization of public open spaces, although the program's rules establish its obligation by the government or the contracted companies. Among the housing sets evaluated, we highlight to study deepening under this Work Final Graduation (TFG) the Allotment Brasil, which in addition to not have urban treatment for green and community areas, is situated in an area that has many limiting factors to this urbanization, such as the insertion in airport security area II, due the proximity of São Gonçalo do Amarante airport and the passage of high-voltage network. Considering this problem, define Allotment Brasil, located in São Gonçalo do Amarante, Metropolitan Region of Natal.
